the food was very good but that wasn’t the problem, the person on the phone was ver rude and then the same gentleman delivered to my house and was even more rude as if he had hidden hatred for me. it’s clear to see this man was wounded deeply by someone or his lifes difficulties has left him with such hatred. I pray he can find the healing truth of Jesus’s love who came for the broken hearted, we are all in need of a savior for remission of sins by calling on his name. but still it’s no way to treat another

First let me say that 2 stars for any of the Chinese food places in Springfield seems to be as hard as getting a 5 star rating for these guys. So many of the places around here have terrible food. I judge this mostly off of the Generals Chicken, Crab Rangoon, Chicken Fingers, and spare ribs as this is what I usually might order.
Main Kitchens Generals chicken is sometimes soggy and over breaded. The sause has a nice flavor to it which is a plus but the food is not well prepared. The Spare ribs are good and I see another review about bugs but I have never had this issue. The crab rangoon is a bit bland but no where near the worst i have ever had.

I found a bug with wings in my boneless spare ribs about a year ago and I never went back. I immediately spit my food out and called them. They sent someone back to my house to refund my money. No apologies, it didn’t seem like a big deal to them. That’s one place I will NEVER return to!
