I used them to fix my AC and my furnace last year, and both times they were great to work with. Everything has worked with no problems since they’ve been here, and their guys are courteous. If anything goes wrong in the future, I’ll definitely be calling them again.

Has to be the worst heat and Hvac I’ve ever dealt with. I live in Urbana which is only 15 minutes from their office and they slip by a $ 50 travel charge in their bill which was never mentioned when I made the appointment. When I disputed the invoice, they would not return messages and sent it right to collections. Shady family business! Two weeks after they services the furnace, it stored working because of a dirty flame sensor. Isn’t that suppose to be part if the maintenance that was performed? Save yourself headaches and don’t use them!!!
