I retained this firm to represent me in a traffic matter and they have failed to be of any assistance after taking my $ 700, they don’t return calls — you don’t ever get to speak to an attorney, just an «office manager» that claims he is a paralegal. I showed up unannounced in the hopes to speak to Danile j Romine about my case and that’s the only way you get to speak to legal counsel but I was charged for that 15 minute visit, during the visit he told me that i had the option to fire them if i wanted to and he would refund my money in full — a week later i called his office after speaking with another attorney and told him to withdraw from the case and i wanted my money back in full as he promised and again spoke to his Lackey office manager Jeff and they basically found a way to eat up all of my money, business must be really bad for these people to be so shady and underhanded. This firm is Very unprofessional and my next letter I write will be to the BAR about this firms misconduct.
