It is reminiscent of Little Caesar’s pizza in terms of quality, taste, and appearance. So I really can’t recommend spending that kind of dough on their pizza, when there are better options around.

Came by about 3pm unsure if they would have slices available or what condition they would be in. I got a deal, which was 2 slices and a 20oz drink for $ 5($ 4.65+tax). It reminded me of Pizza Hut’s pan pizza, but more crispy and a little less dense. If you’re ordering, they also have hand-tossed, thin, and NY style. Overall, based on my single experience I thought it was a great value for good pizza. Definitely better than Little Caesars $ 5 lunch deal, but not quite 5 star quality.

My family loves Jets. They are known for their deep dish, which is great, butt I prefer the NY style. Their bold fold pepperoni reminds me of Brooklyn Joes.

Jet’s provided me with customer service that exceeded my expectations«for a pizza place». I dealt with a fellow named Brad who was well communicated, friendly, and helped me order a tasty pie! That said, I did feel like the pizza was overly priced.

Ok, I’m from Chicago and I think I know what great Pizza is and I’m here to say Jet’s thin crust sausage rocked. Thin and crispy crust, nice amount of mildly seasoned sauce and a perfect amount of cheese for the thickness of the crust. Also it was cooked to perfection, slightly browned across the whole pie and a crispy crust that complimented the cheese perfectly. Not sure about alot of the negative review’s although the only time I have had Jet’s it was a thin crust sausage. Way better than the crap you find here in Springfield including Pizza house and Imo’s, although I do like Imo’s it’s not really fair to compare as that is St Louis style and not the crud you get here in Springfield like Mc Salty’s and other worthless Pizza joint’s. Yes I have had better but that was in Chicago, the thin crust at Jet’s is about as good as it get’s for this town.

You know those commercials where someone is lifting a slice of pizza away from the pie and the cheese is long and stringy and doesn’t want to separate from the main body? Well, they would never film a commercial like that using a Jet’s pizza. Honestly, I’ve had more cheese on a $ 5 Little Caesar’s pizza! For $ 20 for a large(not x-lg.) Jet’s 10 «premium» pizza, I’d have thought they’d put on a little more toppings and cheese — which was practically non-existant. The crust was very good but that is about all I can find positive about the pizza. I’m totally stymied why anyone would go back a second time… unless they preferred crust over cheese and toppings.

I have ordered delivery from this Jet’s Pizza several times. Each time the pizza is fresh, tastes fantastic and arrives exactly when they say it will. Last night, online, I ordered a large, hand tossed round, with Pepperoni. I also indicated I wanted it delivered at 8PM instead of the 7:45 time the system said it would arrive. At 7:40, the manager on duty called me to say that one of their drivers had some car trouble and he might be five or ten minutes late getting the pizza to me. This was fine, so long as the pizza was still hot when it got here, cause I can’t stand cold pizza. At exactly 8:00, he arrived. My pizza was hot, and absolutely delicious! He was a very nice guy, smiled, and when I asked, told me he had hit a deer and had had to stop and get some power steering fluid to keep in the car because it kept running out. Talk about dedication! Delivering pizzas can’t be the easiest or most profitable jobs one can have. Especially with these gas prices. Jet’s does not taste like«fast food» pizza like Domino’s and Pizza Hut does(to me). It tastes fresh. The sauce is really good, the crust is amazing and never greasy, and I haven’t had a topping from them yet I didn’t like. Jet’s Pizza is my new go-to pizza delivery. They know how to do it right!

Decided to try Jet’s because I’ve heard good things about it and I live pretty close to the new location. I ordered online and was given a time that it would be ready to pick up. I didn’t arrive until 2 minutes after that time to pick up and then still had to wait 13 minutes for it to be ready. Not really sure what the point of ordering online is if I still have to wait that long after the«ready time.» I also ordered ranch to dip my pizza in and they didn’t put it in the box or give it to me and I didn’t think to check(which, yes, was MY fault) so I got on my street and then thought to check and, of course, it wasn’t in there! Thankfully, I live close and just turned around, otherwise I would’ve wasted $ 2 on the ranch. The employees were friendly enough, but overall they need to get their service together. As for the pizza, it was simply okay. I wouldn’t really recommend it to anyone, there are MUCH better options that sell by the slice and whole pizzas within a mile of this place. Not going back again.

It’s gas station pizza. Simple as that. Nothing special, unique, or even remotely artisan about it. It’s cheap, fast, easy, filling. It’s an option especially if you’re in the east-central area for the delivery. «Slices» are advertised but what you get is actually a personal pan pizza. That’s a little disappointing. The term«slice» conjures certain images and expectations and I wish they wouldn’t purposely deceive us this way. That being said the pizza isn’t awful, it’s just not special. The sandwiches look good as they use cheesy bread pizza dough for the turkey sandwich. I will give it a try, someday. There is no dining room, it’s all take out. Sorry folks, no Coke products. Parking is ok, access is ok, signage is good, phone and web address is prominent. Appears clean from the lobby, staff was courteous.

It’s not bad. I gave it 3 stars because I feel like there are opportunities to improve, but it’s new. I like it abd I’ll be back. The Deep crust is perfect abd cutting the pieces into large squares makes every piece a good and bready corner piece. The topping distribution leaves a little to be desired, but overall the pizza is a good product. The salad is disappoibting, but I don’t like salad that’s just iceberg lettuce. The dressing, however, might be the best ranch dressing I’ve had since I last visited Shakespeare’s in Columbia. The value for the price wasn’t exceptional, but it had my interest piqued. I’m excited to try more things. I hope this place lasts.

For the price, there are much better options available. We ordered a medIum BBQ Chicken pizza and a large deep dish Jet 10 that was«on special». The total cost was over $ 30 and both the pizzas were smaller than expected. The crust was uninteresting and the ingredients were of average quality. The Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ sauce was a good choice and the peppers on the Jet 10 had good flavor. Other than that, there are much better options in town for the price

Tastes just like I remember eating as a kid back in michigan. Their deep dish is delicious. Toppings tasted fresh, crust was nice and thick, and loaded with cheese of course. Not the cheapest pizza in town but worth the price.

Not the worst pizza we’ve had but a lot of room for improvement. The crust was very chewy and tough. I am thinking was left over from yesterday. The toppings were good. Sauce was kinda bland. Not much flavor overall. They are new to Springfield so may give them one more try after it’s been awhile. Hope it gets better. Always like to try new restaurants but this time was a disappointment. Others may like it so I would say try it for yourself.
