J Scott Paving

Just had mr Scott seal my driveway that he installed a few years back. As usual he did a fantastic job. His guys were particularly neat along my stone work. He said due to the bad winter that he has been extremely busy this year. I called 4 local paving contractors. (as I usually do) but One never called me back, the other told me he was to busy, the third called but was a no show, and fourth was J. Scott paving. I called on a Tuesday and mr Scott called me back the same day. He did tell me that he wouldn’t be able to get me an estimate till Friday. He left an estimate in my mailbox on Thursday afternoon. The price was slightly higher then I paid back in 2008 to seal my previous driveway. I used to pay $ 650.00 every 3 – 4 years. The price in 2015 to seal my 4,500 sq ft driveway was $ 730.00. I think the price was fair and I’m still happy with the service from J. Scott paving.

Called for an estimate for paving a week ago, left two messages. Still waiting for response. Moot point as I got someone else.

We were prepping our home to get on the market and wanted to do it quickly. Of the paving companies we got estimates from, J Scott was the most professional and offered the best value. They were able to restore our driveway to its original width (grass had easily overgrown 1 – 2 feet of it) making it easer to get in and our of our vehicles, and the surface looks great. When we needed to reschedule at the last minute due to rain delaying another contractor that needed the driveway, J Scott was accommodating and still able to complete the driveway in our requested timeframe. Now we’ve got curb appeal and are ready to list. When considering a paving job, definitely consider J Scott.
