Way overpriced and not impressed at all! The sauce on the pizza reminds me of an Alfredo sauce and the cheese is poor quality.
Don’t waste your time. Go to «The Pizza House» on commercial street… you’ll be glad you did.

Overpriced and overrated. I ordered a medium veggie pizza and 7 wings and it cost $ 22. When I got home, the wings were soggy, cold and had very little sauce. I wasn’t even given blue cheese or ranch to dip them in. The pizza was cold and bland. They have lost my business

I had to wait over 30 minutes for my one 14″ pizza. Which I could understand under certain circumstances, but after multiple people came in AFTER me and ordered, received their orders before mine, I started to wonder.
The guy at the front counter, who seemed like a complete stoner by his dirty appearances and mumbles/​slow communication skills, also realized this and attempted to apologize.
I can understand being behind, short staffed, or just forgetting about my order… But I would like some customer service and a genuine apology.
Food tastes great. No issues there.
Hard to justify $ 18 for a pizza at a place with bad customer service.

They always have great pizza. I don’t go all the time but usually when they have the medium 2 topping for $ 10. Get cravings for this now and then and we will eat there.

Great pizza. What I love most about Imos on W. Republic Rd. Is that when the Battlefield location closed they expand their delivery radius so we could still get Imos delivered.
This is by far the best delivered pizza place in town. When you are in a rush or simply don’t feel like making dinner then I suggest you try Imos rather than the «big 3» in Domino’s Pizza Hut or Papa Johns. Imos is clearly a better quality product than the above. Keep us the good work!

Pizza and salad were ok but we had to ask for salad after the pizza got To the table. It seemed like they forgot about the salad until we mentioned it. We eat at imos frequently and can say from experienced they put too much sauce on pizza this time.

Food is fine but service is questionable. Received our appetizers and then no pizza. Given to the wrong table. So 30 minutes later and no pizza. Why didn’t we get the other customers’ pizza (because that is what should have logically happened). Who knows? They can’t figure out what happened to the order. A Total of THREE tables occupied. Not exactly busy. I don’t care if I am in love with the food. Poor service is a deal breaker.

This Imo’s location is good as far as the pizza is concerned, but the two MAJOR down sides is the high prices ($ 17.50 for a 14in two topping thin crust) and the consistently rude staff. If you’re willing to shell out that much for a 14inch pizza, it tastes good. Every time I call to order and come to pick it up, I’m treated like I’m wasting their time. There’s too many instances of rude staff to customer interactions that I’ve had/​observed with both locations to even list. Now that I’m realizing how many other awesome pizza places there actually are in Springfield and how much further my $ 20 will go, I’m resigned that my previous time here will be my last.

Every time I have friends or family come down, I order imo’s pizza. I have to always order a lot bc its gone before I know it! I love there meat lovers pizza! Actually its the only one I’ve ever tried of theres. If it wasn’t so good I would perhaps give one of there other pizzas a try. Haha. This is definitely not a type of pizza you order if you eat healthy. So be warned. Ha

I love their pizza — especially the veggie (comes with mushrooms, black olives, onions, green pepper and tomato). The crust is thin and cut in squares. Their deluxe garden salad is yummy too.
Casual, fast, clean, inexpensive… and darn good!
