I live in California and spent a career in the Auto Industry. When my Son and Daughter-In-Law were relocated to Florida from Germany, they found themselves in need of a car. Being they have never purchased a new car or a car from a dealer before I thought I’d do some leg work. First I called the closest Honda Dealership to the base, they said thy would call me back, didn’t! Then I called the next closest dealer, they also were too busy to talk to me. Then I called Honda of Bay County and got Jack who was in charge. Jack stopped whatever it was he was doing, looked up the vehicle of interest and proceeded to give me his best deal over the phone. The following day my «kids» made the drive to meet Jack, he lived up to the numbers we discussed, even made it a little better once he meet them and they were in and out in record time. Jack treated my Son and Daughter-In-Law exactly how I would have treated them with no questions asked. It is nice to know that somebody can pick up the phone, call somebody 3500 miles away and be treated with such exceptional customer service. It is also nice to know that this kind of customer service and customer appreciation still exists. Thank you Jack and Honda of Bay County for all you did for Brandon and Mielyn Jeske! I was happy with my experience from start to finish. I knew that I wanted an Accord coupe when I went in, but I didn’t know if I wanted a new or used one. My salesman Aaron showed me both and let me test drive each twice. I then left to go drive a Genesis coupe, and came back to drive both the new and the certified used Accord one more time. Aaron was more than willing to let me make sure I was making the right decision. The purchase was relatively painless too. I walked away really happy with my final sales price, and I could not be more thrilled with my car! It drives so smoothly, it has every upgrade available that year, and because it is certified, I got an extended warranty. Definitely check them out. Ask for Aaron.

We smelled gas in our 2007 Honda Odyssey as we approached Panama City Beach. We checked CARFAX and there was a recall for Fuel Pump and VSA software update. I called Honda dealership and they fit me into their schedule same day. We picked up the vehicle next day. No gas smell! While there we also asked to put air in the tire on the other vehicle and they were more than happy to help. Excellent service.

OMG!!! This is why you should never get work done at a Dealership!!! I was told on the phone they could get me in & out in 1.5 hours. Fast forward to we have been here for more than 2 hours and they are just now going to start working on my tire-which will take an hour. Since I have those factory installed run flat tires I had no choice but to come here. My 2 elementary age kids are bouncing off the wall. I did not feed them lunch based in the time quote-UGH! Then they pull the dealership up sale on you-we should really do X, Y & Z while you are here. It’s such a scam. Avoid this customer no service place.

I had to take my 2001 Accord in for a service issue. Any time I need service done on my Honda, I always take it to a Honda dealership – but as an out-of-towner with Tennessee tags, I still worried about getting the proverbial run-around. Instead, I had one of my most pleasant experiences at any Honda dealership. The service staff was courteous and professional, and I was able to walk the lot and look at new cars while I waited without getting any sort of hard pitch.
