I came to Dr. Hummert to fix a problem a different orthodontist created for me. I am extremely particular about my teeth and have always tried to maintain the straightest teeth possible. After expressing my dissatisfaction with my precious orthodontist who said I should just get metal braces to fix the new spacing issue HE created, I wanted to scream. Imagine a 32 year old wearing metal braces?! I received a recommendation from my dentist to instead pay Dr. Hummert a visit and of course she told me that Invisalign could fix the issue — note: not metal braces! She was incredibly thorough, patient and gentle. Making appointments was a breeze — she has convenient Saturday hours (except during summer months) and the staff is all remarkably friendly and accommodating. I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Hummert. She understood my concerns and was very honest with me about what could be possible after my specific treatment. Although I don’t miss having braces, I will miss seeing her. Luckily, she wants to check on me with retention appointments. She is just such a gem and is so sweet!
