Very poor service!!! Be advised that they will only give store credit on returns. If you order online you can return for refund. If I had known that I would’ve mailed my items back but given the indifference of the sales associates I was not told this little fact. Phone customer service was rude and told me tough luck store credit you have– that’s all you will get. Extremely dissatisfied. Rude service people and poor policies.

Love the clothes, sometimes. Prices are great. But there is ALWAYS only ONE cashier. Every. Single. Time. I wait in a line of really only 3 or 4 people but it takes 30 minutes to get checked out. And then cahsier was a snatch after all that. Even the service is cheap.

The name of this store made me avoid it for a long time. I thought it was for people in their late 20’s and early 30’s.
Younger employees at my office were looking nice and I realized it was time to add some new tops to my closet. Not to look like their twin but to ensure that I didn’t get written off by them as frumpy and clueless.
So I visited several women’s clothing stores at the mall, including Forever 21. I like Forever 21 because they have some affordable tops that are 100% suitable for 9 to 5. Not all of their clothing is, but some. The colors and basic cuts are in style. The prices are low enough that it’s ok if the clothes don’t last for 10 years.
