Fed ex 2 day shipping… Day 4 and I’m still waiting.
I work in the office at an apartment community. I had my new phone shipped to my office, seeing how it was to be delivered on Tuesday, and that would be where I was.
Before I go any further into this story, I will let you know I went through this SAME situation with the SAME fed ex location, and the SAME phone about 2 months earlier.
Anyways, after checking my tracking number, I see that they have listed that the office was closed when they tried to deliver it at 6:30 pm yesterday. I find that hard to believe when our office is open until 8 pm every night. I even saw a Fed Ex driving going through my community, I flagged him down, and he told me he didn’t have my package. So you can imagine my surprise when I see that they have «tried» to deliver.
I have had to deal with this a time before, and the lady I talked to in their office argued with me about our address. She kept telling me it was fake, and there was no such address. Dealing with them has not been fun or productive, and they constantly are trying to fight me with every delivery I have had from them.
Definitely hate using them, unfortunately I don’t always get the choice.

Love to come in here and drop off the goods. You know they will make it where it needs to be on time. Plus they also give you an acceptance slip so you now also have your tracking number. Rarely if ever do you have to wait here, the service is fast an efficient.
