Great customer service as always. I was running late and communicated with the staff. They worked with me on this issue. Car was great. New Chevy Impala with 53 miles. Customer support contacted me while on my trip to make sure all was going well. I appreciated this level of support. XM/​Sirius radio was working first couple days. Then with no warning went to a preview channel only. Was bummed about this. Returned the car and was in and out within 5 minutes. Springfield Enterprise is always where I go first for my car rental. Jasmine is the best!
