Enterprise took wonderful care of us!!! They gave us a military discount, great car and a super deal!!! The employees were so nice and helpful, we will definitely go back! They even offered to take us home if we had needed a ride.

The service I rcvd was quite good… the representative was pleasant and helpful. .my biggest concern was the requirement to have a utility bill to use my debit card… I do my utilities online from home computer with all my passwords saved on that device… I brought my Mortgage statement… a insurance statement and an investment statement… all current. .none was accepted. … I found that a concern… I have rented cars at this location on more than one occasion. …though it has been some time since my last rental… i felt it was just an inconvenience to have only a utility statement was accepted. … the car was clean and was comfortable…

Our personal car was involved in an accident. The insurance company had us use them for the rental. The car they gave us smelled like someone tried to cover a smoked in car with some sort of maple syrup air freshener. It smelled horrible. The leather seats were worn to the fabric. The car had over 40,000 miles on it. The tires made terrible road noise at freeway speeds. I used to commute two hours a day for three days on the interstate and it was obnoxiously loud. No Sirius XM radio.
Because it was a insurance paid for rental they did try to compensate us with a discounted future rental which was a great gesture by the staff (which is why I gave them a three and not a two) but I just wish that car had never been released to us in the first place.

To be fair, I have not used them since they moved to the new location, but I had a very bad experience with them at the previous site. The car I was given smelled strongly of smoke and was not in good shape. I’m not sure if they were just out of other cars or why I was given a car in such bad shape. At any rate I ended up canceling my rental and going back to Avis on Bechtle, who I do recommend.
