Just used Emerald to install a new sprinkler system and everything went great. Ed showed up on time for the estimate appointment, he returned calls promptly when i had questions and the guys showed up as scheduled to do the install. The job was done neatly and professionally and the price was competitive. What more could you ask for?

I’ve been using these guys for all of our sprinkler needs since we moved here 7 years ago. Got their number from one of our neighbors who also uses them. They done all of our seasonal blow-out and maintenance/repair, plus last year they installed a wireless rain sensor and extended the coverage of two zones after we had some trees removed. All of the work was done quickly and professionally, and at what I thought was a reasonable price. My experiences are not the same as the other reviews here, in that they’ve always shown up when they were supposed to and the technicians(usually the same two guys) are polite and respectful. Also not sure why they’re reported as «closed», since they just came today(7÷30÷14) and replaced two heads.

If anyone is considering investing in a lawn sprinkler system for their home, do not select Emerald’s. If you like quality and dependability, like I do, this is not the business to consider. A few people in my neighborhood used their service in the past, so I thought that would qualify them for my consideration. I started to get estimates for the work. I called them one Friday and asked if they would be able to come the next day. The technician said he was going away and suggested we make it the next week. I agreed to meet him on a Saturday between 8 and 9AM. NOSHOW. When I called around ten oclock, the service said a technician would call me back. Someone did and used the excuse that they had on their books our appointment for ten. Obviously he was bs-ing me. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and he confirmed that his name was Dave and I gave him another opportunity to come to my home the following Saturday at nine. I had him repeat the time… Guess what? NOSHOW and NOCALL Definitely not my type of customer service.
