Ran out of food early in the Hemming Park event. My wife got the Chicken philly and liked it(but no peppers because they were out). I couldnt order because they didnt have the ingredients for the veggie. I had to go down to Jimmy Johns. Very long wait. Very disorganized inside. Definitely an argument against tipping in advance. $ 11 for a sandwich, a can of Coke and a long, frustrating wait in which at one point we were not sure if they had enough food for orders they already had taken.

Good, not great. Bread is great but filings are a little bland. I would like more cheese but that’s me. I like Philly Connection better but I really like that place. The service is great and the people are very friendly.

I have seen this truck on Facebook for a while now. I watched them come out and get started but they were way out in town. Yea I know like that matters to me right. Today I saw that they would be in town so I made it a point to stop in. The truck is an old snap on truck and you too can tell cause the paint job didn’t cover it up on the backside. The truck looks really clean and it should be for it is new an all but it is still clean. They also have a pretty quiet generator too which is a big help when ordering. I went with the mushroom Philly today. That is the staple or backbone of the truck since the owner guy is from Philly. I will say that it is pretty darn tasty too. Thin slices of ribeye slung on the flat top. It is also seasoned rather well but could have used a bit more for me. The onions and the shrooms were also cooked well. The only [problem I had might be the bun needed to be toasted or even heated up a tad on the flat top. It was a smidgen cold and hard. A little time on the flat top would soften it right up thou. In all a strong showing and I will not hesitate to return to this truck.
