This cobbler repaired a purse that I thought was without hope, and re-heeled a pair of shoes, which made them look like new. He also fixed sandals for me that I thought were impossible! I brought them in anyway, and am very glad that I did! Diane R.

They are a certified Briggs & Riley repair site! Brought in my luggage with a broken handle and they were able to replace the handle. It was like brand new. I always bring in my shoes here whether its getting the soles to my UGGS/Birks redone, to getting the heel tips re-done, they can do it all! This place never ceases to disappoint. I noticed that they had relocated. They’re still in the same shopping center, but are now located on the other side of Kilroy’s. Noticed that the whole shopping center recently underwent construction upgrades.

I dropped off a pair of leather Frye boots to have the back stirrup reattached to the front strap. Eddie’s did a fantastic job and they also were able to have them ready when I called to see if I could pick them up a day early! Definitely recommend!

I dropped off my favorite pair of leather boots to have the heels fixed and a new little rubber stopper put on the bottom(don’t know what those things are called!) quick. I didn’t want to just leave them anywhere but i lost my other shoe guy. I picked them up on the agreed day absolutely perfect and cleaned for 12 bucks. It’ so cheap I would have forgiven less than perfect service but they looked brand new which I thought impossible for that very loved and very worn pair of boots.
