Awesome selection of classes in two locations.
I love the Barre classes — they are fast paced and challenging without being impossible.
The one star deduction is for a crappy instructor — Jodi — who seems to be more interested in bitching about how sore she is is and then proceeding to do every exercise from start to finish instead of perhaps helping out new students or improving the form for all.
But as long as you avoid her, you’ll be golden. The owner and the rest of the staff are incredibly helpful.
I even received an individual lesson for mat Pilates and was the only one who signed up for that specific class. The instructor walked me through every position and really cared about how I did there.

Got a Groupon for a one-​hour massage from Haven — and I’ll be going back at full price. She is MORE than worth it. Incorporates several disciplines including Thai Yoga.
