Awful. Customer service is horrible here. They are rude and cheap and I will never step foot in this one again. I tried to open the DD app and it didn’t work and they wouldn’t honor the $ 1.99 price and ARGUED vehemently with me! My husband had already paid and two of the cashiers were yelling at me saying he had paid and they couldn’t give me the $ 2.00 refund. Nice. Never again, I yelled as I left. Hoped everyone heard me. No wonder why they have changed Owner’s seven thousand times!

I’ve never been to this Dunkin Donuts in a quiet a while, the food & my favorite Dark Rost coffee taste so good. I love the seats & the tv in there while they was looking at CNN. Good Wi-​Fi maybe nextime I should get a decaft coffee by the time I can’t even stay up that late until 5am in the morning?

Typical D n’D. This one, though, has comfortable seats, and wifi. Parking lot is a nice feature and the staff seems friendly enough. My kids dig it. Who doesn’t like a fresh donut!

Usually like this place but this morning went in ordered a Large iced black coffee the lady gave me a hot. I said nicely that I ordered iced she proceed to argue with me that I said hot. Then she says you want iced give me that one. I said its fine i’ll take it because the guy who makes them is always friendly with me. I went to taste it and it was disgusting. It tasted like you forgot to change the K-​cup and have water with day old coffee beans. I stopped here once a week but will no longer!

Poor service! I drink both almond and coconut milks. I am aware that the those milks don’t stir great in hot or cold drinks. However, they handed me an iced latte that clearly had curdled almond milk! When I explained to the guy that it was old he argued with me and said I was wrong to look on D and D website. I explained that there should be some unmixed particles floating but not the entire drink! The manger then told me I was wrong and had no idea. So I took my money back. Good bye! Never going back there!!!

My go to DD for breakfast with my girls. Service was quite good today as I have had screwed up orders in the past. Quick and correct. Store is clean and has ok parking.
