I don’t recommend this place at all. I ordered online and the pizza tracker said my pizza would be ready in 10 – 15 minutes, so I got there in ten minutes and was told to wait a couple more minutes. At first I was the only one there waiting, I noticed the door in the waiting room to the back was wide open, which means the security glass they have installed is useless and anyone could just go in and do whatever they want.(which someone came in, walked in the back, got a slice of pizza, and left) the phone was ringing and I heard the employees complaining that it was a call back and the guy was probably«p*ssed» and no one wanted to answer it, so they just let it ring. This is not the best side of town and with the history of a shooting already at that location, I can’t believe they let the door to the back hanging wide open. Anyway, I check the pizza tracker on my phone, and it said my pizza was done, but it was nowhere to be found. Finally after waiting 25 minutes, they said the pizza was halfway through the oven and it would be 6 more minutes, I had to say cancel my order, I couldn’t wait around any longer I was going to be late for work. While I was there they delivered a wrong order to a house, and had 5 – 6 people waiting by the time I was leaving. I did email Domino’s corporate and they did apologize for my experience, but said that Domino’s was locally owned and operated, so that’s about all they could do. The manager did try to call me but I couldn’t understand him, so I left it at that. I would rate this place 0 stars if I could. After my experience it tells me that management does not care that people’s orders were wrong, the employees have unprofessional attitudes, and they do whatever they want. I won’t be going back to this location.

So I called last night to order a pizza for pickup. One top for 6.99. Well I told them what I wanted got a call back 5 min later saying they didn’t have pineapples and the only had thin crust. I said that’s fine. I go into pick it up and get completely ignored by a sloppy manager starring at his phone. I even knocked on the window but no response. Another employee came out and have me my pizza. I asked if I had to pay the extra $ 1 since they didn’t have the topping I wanted. He said I’m sorry but yes!!! I will not go back there. Everyone looks dirty

«Yay! I’m a fan…» in this case means a) they are really pretty quick, even in semi-lousy weather, and b) they always seem to find our«off the beaten trail/out of the way» house way on the other side of town. Now as far as the pizza goes… Heck, I could either be a NY/East Coast snob and say something like«who do they think they are calling this round disk with tomato sauce and cheese on it pizza?!? BLASPHEMY!!!» or I could just go ahead and admit it’s really not all thaaaaat bad, and better than some of the other sad a$$ interpretations available here in Ohiooooo(sorry, snob coming out again…) COUGH, COUGH, Donatooooooooos, Cassanos, …, ummm… YUCK!
But I digress… THIS Domino’s Pizza, at this location, has some pretty speedy, conscientious people working for them(for PEANUTS, I’m sure, in not the greatest area), and hasn’t disappointed in the year plus we’ve ordered from them. What more can you ask for?(Don’t ask!!!)
