Same experience as everyone else. You pay way too much for shipping and handling and then you get one quarter of your order. No one responds to emails. I will be filing a complaint with BBB as well. However, the quality of the super heavy duty tarps is better and better priced than I have seen in any local stores. So if you ever actually get yours delivered and you are in no urgent hurry and you like to gamble…

Super company to deal with. fast shipping, helpful phone staff. I have used them several times over the many years for carport tarps, always quality products. I have recommended them to friends and my friends where also pleased with their products. there prices are as good or better than anyone else’s five stars!

Unethical and illegal business practices. I strongly urge everyone to not conduct business with either this firm, or the people who run and work at this company. A tarp was ordered and expedited(same day) shipping was paid for. The order was automatically(bot) confirmed as were the expedite terms on a Sunday, and the terms advised a follow-up email would be sent. — The shipment arrived incomplete and late. — UPS records confirmed the order shipped out late. — Phone calls were not answered, and their vmail system was unable to accept recordings due to it being full. — Emails were not answered. Upon receiving the late and incomplete shipment, I sent a detailed email with evidence of their violation of the terms of the contract with a promise to share this poor experience if they were unable to make good on the terms by completing the order and refunding the expedite fee. Only then did they respond to my emails, and promised refund of the failed expedite fee and shipment of the balance of the order. The expedite fee was not refunded. If I had the time, I would file a grievance with the local chamber of commerce and the BBB for their illegal business practices, but sadly, firms like this prey upon the knowledge that most people don’t have the time to do all this work, and they can thus exploit this fact to illegally enhance their bottom line.

TERRIBLE customer service! I placed an order and chose 3-day shipping, but did not receive my order until more than a week later. Worse, they sent me a smaller tarp than what I had ordered. They do not answer the phones, nor return calls or emails. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau against them. They appear to do business under multiple names and websites, but all have the exact same business address: 1792 N. 42nd Street SPRINGFIELD, OR97477‑5603

Poor customer service and much longer processing and shipping time than advertised. I placed my order on May 17th, after numerous phone calls I sent an email and did get a call back on May 24th. I was told that my order was due to ship that day from an in-state location, so I would have it the next day. I never received a shipping confirmation email, however I did receive my order on May 30th(almost a week later), and it appears to be complete… Update: After assembling my canopy, I can state that the canopy design is perfect, and the tarp is high-quality, but the fittings or are just«OK». I had several fittings with stripped threads where the eye-bolt attaches, and the metal on the«Foot» fittings is very thin. Overall, I give em a C+…

Beware of ! Terrible customer service, deceiving web site, and false advertisement. — They received payment but didn’t process until I called them. Told me something wrong with my order. — Calls to support are almost always to go voicemail and unreturned when I left voice message. — The same goes for email/contact form on their site. Directly email did the trick. — They send parts on multiple shipments without notifying you. They shipped the attachable tee and ball ties on one other. Then the frame fittings(no labels, no packing slip, just throw them in the box and ship). They didn’t ship my tarp and told me they shipped already! Eventually they admitted they didn’t, said backorder. I asked for a refund and it’s currently being processed. — They advertised 10 free ball ties for order over $ 50 on their site and in the email confirmation(I paid around $ 79). Never shipped them and didn’t mentioned a thing when I email them. — I never receive any instruction. I checked the order form to request instruction. — Totally wasted my time trying to call and reach someone, submitting the contact form, and emailing I hope this help whomever looking for canopy kits.
