Brought my son in to get checked out. Receptionist has no customer service skills. No smile, no information, just «fill out these forms». Not busy in the waiting room, but we waited fully 1 hr 30 mins before he got called back. At 1 hr 20 mins I finally asked receptionist how long we could expect to wait and all she said was «every patient is different». I get that, and all she would need to do is say something like, I’m so sorry for the long wait. You are next in line but I’m not sure how long it will be. This is ridiculous. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I created a profile for this business so I could write a review because the customer service is so terrible. AND it’s helping me pass the time here while I’m stuck with nothing else to do.
