I wish I could leave negative stars. Our experience with our agent Hannah Barton was horrendous. She was rude, unprofessional, was on the phone all the time and didn’t even make eye contact with us. She didn’t even bother calling back or answering our questions.
Hannah needs to go to a customer service workshop ASAP.
It was a terrible waste of time. Me and my wife ended up taking our business somewhere else.

My realtor was Alisa Maxwell with Coldwell Banker. Alisa is such a professional and an awesome realtor. This is the fifth house I’ve purchased in the last 20 years and she is by far the BEST realtor I’ve ever worked with. She not only sold my house, but she also helped me purchase a house. Both processes were smooth and problem-​free. Alisa works day and night and every single weekend. She took care of everything and went well above and beyond what other realtors have done for me. I will never use another realtor. Alisa is my realtor for life. If you want a professional who works non-​stop to sell your home and gets you the best deal on a purchase, than you want Alisa Maxwell as your realtor.

I used a buyers agent from Coldwell Banker Vanguard when relocating to the area, and he was awesome. He drove my husband and I around to various houses and really seemed to take an interest in our needs and preferences, occasionally pointing out things in a particular home that were good, bad, or otherwise notable. Low key but informative. It really helped us make the right decision when buying our home. When it came time for our offer, closing, etc, Coldwell Banker Vanguard was there every step of the way and always responsive to us. Our home is probably lower priced than average in the Springfield market and they treated us like we were extremely important nonetheless. I would recommend their services in a heartbeat.
