It was pretty good grill, though only have been there once with friends. Quesadilla was alright, a little different than the vegie ones that most college made, but good.

Kid’s got his work shirt tucked into his underwear so he doesn’t mess around and forget to show the dining room he’s sagging. Looks like Hanes in deep forest, for those who can’t make it out.

It’s unfortunate that this is the only Chipotle in the Springfield area. Because they suck. I travel from Chicago a few times a year here on business, and every single time I wait in line between 15 – 30 minutes. You’re never greeted, never thanked. I’m sorry, but my business is important isn’t it? The food is still good like every other chipotle, that is, if you get a standard portion like every other chipotle. I get skimped and and rationed on rice and beans, I almost always have to ask for more. The employees, as I had mentioned before, leave much to be desired. I hate to be demeaning, but one of the most important areas of these positions is having accurate LISTENING skills. Just because there’s a line a mile long behind me because you aren’t deployed correctly to your stations doesn’t mean I should have hot salsa instead of mild and just«deal with it». Seriously though, I corrected them and they simply said«sorry bout that»… You mean, I can’t have my bowl remade correctly to my liking? Oh okay, shows how I important my dollar is here. He also grabbed cheese instead of lettuce and sort of chuckled when I corrected him on that. The only reason for two stars is because it’s chipotle and their food is good. It would be zero if it was a privately owned establishment.

Let me start by saying I’ve been to dozens of different chipotles. I also understand that for some reason, guac is the price of gold. However, I know it’s extra, but don’t shake half the guac off the ladle before putting it on my bowl. My boyfriend and I received probably a tablespoon of guac on our bowls. Not to mention my meat portions were small, compared to what I’ve had up near Chicago and even in Wisconsin. Also, easy on the salt! Sorry Springfield, won’t be back! I don’t know if the manager was on their tail but either way, give people what they’re paying for!

Don’t get me wrong, I love chipotle. But this store gives the smallest portions. I frequently eat at chipotles in St. Louis and Chicago and I’ve never gotten such small portions. I didn’t go away hungry but I’m conditioned to want as much product for my money so when other chipotles are giving larger portions a feel a little disappointed.

It’s good, but today I ordered online got home and they totally messed up my order. Ugh. I would order online again but definitely checking my order first before I leave.

Long lines at lunch but great sofrita salad! If you haven’t tried it you should, it’s way better than the chicken! I suggest getting the mild and medium salsa on everything, yum!

Chipotle? Good. Springfield Chipotle? Terrible. Service is unbelievably slow compared to every other Chipotle I’ve ever been to. Understaffed and poor management. Writing this review as I wait in line. Be prepared to spend 30 minutes in there. Other then that, food is addicting-ly good. This town needs a second one downtown or on the northside… PS, don’t like the service? Write a letter, you’ll more than likely receive a free burrito(that is if you want to go back to wait in the line). PPS, everyone here ought to complain about the service to receive free burritos and maybe corporate will then step in… Sincerely, Springfield Chipotle Hater

Been going here for years and it’s been consistently good. Around lunch or dinner the lines can be very long and it can be hard to grab an open table but the food is always excellent. Friendly staff too.

Good food. Kinda slow with the workers BUT you need to turn the music down. Was there on Saturday, May 2, couldn’t hear the staff when the asked what I wanted. Had to sit outside so I was able to talk to my family.

I’ve been here once. Never been there since then and don’t intend on going back either. The food was good but the cashier was super rude. Perhaps he was never taught to place a cup down gently. Dude slammed a cup at me and I will be reminding him about it for the rest of his life. Just because you’re cute doesn’t mean you can break hearts.

Standard Chipotle fare. The service can be spotty at times, but is generally helpful and accomodating if you engage with them. Other Unilocalers have noted slow service, and though I have noted this at times, it is generally the exception and not the rule.

I love some Chipotles! This location lacked the usual charm I’ve experienced at other places. The staff was a little on the unfriendly side and seemed confused. I was not greeted or thanked. The chips were stale and the sofritas was too watery. I’d come back and will update when I do.

Chain restaurant, but so amazing. Quality of food is fantastic at every location, and i have been to a lot of chipotles. Had to come review this location though because the service was fantastic. Very friendly staff who were fast and efficient. I noticed the chicken here was especially well seasoned as well. Food with integrity, love it.

This place is amazing! I could eat here all the time. The vegetables are always fresh. The meat is always fresh. You have a choice of getting a bowl with lettuce and all the other ingredients you want or to can get a burrito with all your ingredients. You can even add some of the meats together. They’re meats are always have great flavor and with your vegetables and salsa and sour cream, it tastes God-send! It’s not very expensive either. One burrito for about 6 bucks. They’ve got to have a Chipotle in heaven.

The food is very good, however seems slightly overpriced. The place can get pretty busy at lunch time, so make sure you get there before noon. The business card drawing is awesome however and they must not keep track because our office has won at least 5 times and my wife even won once as well.

Went yesterday, May 2, and had a great experience. Food was fresh and service was fantastic. We had won one of the fish bowl drawings, and they took care of us with chips food, and drinks. As always a great place for food on the go that is made fresh.

This is a chain — so you’re likely familiar with their format. Their food is high quality, and it’s quick service. It’s right by the White Oaks Mall, but shares a parking lot with a Noodles ‘n Co. — so parking can be scarce.
