Nicest customer service ever. I went inside today (cause it was snowing and the drive through was stupid long) and I ordered a sandwich meal that I was going to bring to my boyfriend for lunch. After I had already ordered his, I realized I was hungry, so I got a fruit salad. Couple minutes later when his sandwich was ready to go, I grabbed it and forgot I even ordered the fruit. So I walk outside and make it all the way to my car and start backing up, when I see the cashier running after my car, in the snow, in his short sleeve shirt, waving a small bag. *right then I realized i had forgotten my $ 2 order, and he was sweet enough to literally chase me down to give it to me. Chic Fil a never disappoints with their friendly service, they go above and beyond anyone else. Thanks for making my day chic Fil a guy!

This is the best CFA that I’ve visited. They always have great service and quality food.

Great food, quick service. I like Chick-​fil-​A because they don’t jip you on the sauces. Employees are friendly and courteous.
Traffic here can get crazy tho, lots of people go to this one, if you are closer to any of the others maybe try that?

Kind of odd set up for the drive thru as you have to go around the side of the strip mall and then you come out in the center, but the people are friendly and the food is good as you come to expect with Chick-​fil-​a. When the chipper voice on the speaker says «It’s a great day at Chick-​fil-​a!» you kind of believe her!

Wow! The best Chick fil a EVER! Even though its constantly crowded, everyone is super nice and super hard working! I ordered the Spicy Chicken delux and it was so good. The chicken was freshly fried and crisp, the tomato and lettuce is so crisp and fresh, and the order was served to us. The mysterious delivery system where they know who to serve without actually knowing who you are… Amazing and efficient. One worker went around the store asking each table if they needed a refill. I’m just so satisfied with what I ate and just the overall environment of the store. Must go again!

Good fast food

First I will say I love chick fil a but this location is the worst I’ve ever been to. They need a serious lesson in customer service. We came here from out of town for a late dinner, there were about 10 people in line and only 1 register taking orders. There were plenty of employees but none were helping. Finally one more order taker comes and when we place our order are told that they are out of chicken noodle soup?! Two hours before closing. We were so frustrated by this time we left. And I don’t think we were the only ones. I think there’s a management problem. No wonder there aren’t many chick fil a restaurants here.

I normally don’t write reviews about fast food restaurants but these guys are the exception. They’re good, they are really good! I’ve had the nuggets, their wafer fries, the chicken sandwiches and even their breakfast burritos. The chicken is moist, tender, flavorful and seasoned just right. The place is clean and the employees are always helpful and friendly. Oh, and I can’t forget their lemonade one of the best tasting lemonades!

Amazing place. Very neat and Staff is so polite and nice… I was in the drive thru today and was waiting quite some time for my food. And when I got to the window I was greeted very nicely and was given a free meal due to the wait. I love their customer service. Wish I would’ve gotten their names because I now think this place is the best place.

I like their chicken tenders and waffle fries, and the shakes ain’t bad either, but their spicy chicken sandwich always leaves me feeling bad an hour later. Maybe it’s just me but it happens like clockwork. Overall it’s pretty okay though, but make sure to check your order if you use the drive thru. They regularly forget items.

This is the slowest Child fil a I’ve ever been to and after living further south for several years, I’ve been to plenty. It always takes forever no matter what time you go. Check your order when you receive it. Twice, I’ve had staff run after me, to my car while I’m about to pull off asking to have my order back or asking if I could trade with the woman in the red car. What? That’s unsanitary. How do you know neither of us opened the food already? Anyway, same food as everywhere else. Service sucks tho.

*This is a review of my experience today at the drive thru.
I’ve only ever gone inside to carry out or dined in. Never used their drive thru service.
1. At 2:30 the line was long and wrapped around the building and moving at snail pace.
2. After a long excruciatingly hot inch by inch to the window I finally placed my order.
An 8 count nuggets meal for my son and a #1 sand which meal for myself. I asked for the drink to be sweet tea with a splash of lemonade and a side order of coleslaw. The voice coming from the menu sign says «your total is $ 8 and…» (The change I couldn’t hear) but I knew $ 8 was not enough for what I had ordered. I drove on.
3. At the pay window the cashier names the first mea ordered and says my total is $ 6 and some odd change. I told her I had ordered more than that. She was able to quickly see that my second order was placed as a separate order behind my first. No problem as another employee was able to combine them and I paid my correct total. I asked this cashier while they were bagging our food if I could have some bbq and honey roasted bbq sauces. She of course says «sure my pleasure». When she hands me the bag, I do a quick check bc I don’t want to get back in line or out of my vehicle at this point. I see one of each sauce at the bottom of the bag. I asked for some more of the honey roasted bc I like it on my waffle fries and one just isn’t enough. She rolled her eyes at me swung around to grab ONE additional packet and proceeded to hand it to me via the window. Seriously?!
As I drove off I took a big swig my my drink which was made opposite the way I ordered it and was lemonade with a splash of iced tea. Yuck! Too sour. And not until we got home did I realize I was missing one side French fries of our two ordered.
Very disappointing experience. I’ve been forced to go to this fast food chain because my husband and son love it so much, but I will be more cautious and will most likely continue walking in as the better service happens there.
It’s no ones fault that it’s hot as hell outside today or that everyone in Springfield decided to have lunch after 2:30 today and at chik fil A. Also the food we did receive was consistent with what the brand is and my son enjoyed his as always. Today they lost three stars due to the unorganized way the drive thru was run and then the rude attitude I endured from an employee of the company who’s thing is to say «my pleasure» and they’re usually the most pleasant ppl!

Pretty decent chick-​fil-​a, I got a bad salad from here once but they Sid everything possible to make up for it, and honestly I don’t know how a salad tastes like soap but that one did, I wasn’t even upset and they gave me 4 coupons for sandwich combos (which I think is #1 ?).
Overall this chick-​fil-​a is good and somehow they’re pretty fast dispite the fact the on any given day they have like 30 plus customers in there and a drive through line that blocks traffic. This chick-​fil-​a is somehow the busiest chick-​fil-​a on the planet.

This location is next door to our dog food store. The strip mall overall is very tight, it’s hard to find parking, and there is no sense of driving direction for anyone. Since I was on an early errand to pick up our dog food, I decided to pick up our lunch.
The line is always long but the staff moves the line quickly. Ordering is simple, and they are fully schooled on the use of the ‘cow calendar perks’. This month our perk was a free medium fry and a large Coca Cola product. With the special discounts and the prompt service, lunch was fast and quick.

My nephew had a hankering for chicken nuggets. As soon as I asked him if he wanted Chick-​Fil-​A, he could not be contained. BP, my sister, and I drove over from eating samosas at Niralla across the street for the well-​needed chicken.
The line was long this Saturday afternoon and we should have known the place would be packed because of how busy the parking lot was. BP and I got in line while my sister and nephew grabbed some high-​top seats.
We ordered a chicken nugget kids meal for the lil’ man and a Spicy Chicken for the big man (BP). My sister and I were already full from Niralla.
BP also upgraded to the new frosted lemonade. It was delicious! It was basically an ultra creamy, thick, vanilla milkshake with tones of tart, sour, lemon. Mouthwatering!
I have no idea why BP’s Spicy Chicken was so not spicy. We were pretty disappointed about that, and could have said something to the staff, but didn’t. The food was still hot and delicious so it was consumed. The waffle fries were also perfect. Not greasy in the least or salty.
The lil’ man enjoyed his nuggets and milk as well as a puzzle batman toy (I think that’s what it was), but wasn’t too interested in the fries. Don’t worry, I took care of eating them :)
Service at this location is superb! The staff are so kind and friendly, even during a hectic lunch rush, they always have a smile on their faces!

Came to this Chick-​Fil-​A location this morning for breakfast with my coworker. I had an overall pleasant experience even though we did use the drive-​thru.
I would give them a 5 for their customer service. They were all super friendly and had smiles on their faces giving a very welcoming atmosphere.
I am giving them 4 stars overall because they got my coworkers order wrong. He ordered the chicken breakfast burrito without peppers, and well he got the peppers anyway. Luckily we had pulled over to the parking lot in front of Chick-​Fil-​A to devour our meals before starting out day. So he ended up walking back and getting his order fix. They did not give him a hard time which is always pleasant. I would recommend this place to people, at least for the drive-​thru experience if you are near the Springfield area.

I love love love the food. No drive thru but that’s ok. Only reason I gave this establishment 4 stars is because while I was waiting at the counter for my drinks I noticed an exchange between a tall skinny fellow named Michael (employee) and a taller woman (customer WHO WAS CLEARLY IN A HURRY based on her stance and antsy-​ness. Before Michael would swipe her card he «I just have to ask“ed her about her height which seemed to make her uncomfortable. I have a few taller female friends who are self-​conscious about their height. Not only did this take away valuable minutes from her but to the other customers still in line. Not to mention the obvious discomfort she was in. Maybe a short block of instruction on understanding body language wouldn’t hurt.
The person helping me (Amy) was on point. And oh! Promo!!! Free coffee!!!

Yo dog, it’s mother fucking Chick-​fil-​A. That chicken is so juicy it makes me want to fight someone. But that dipping sauce is so tasty it makes me wanna love someone.
And that’s why I can’t dip my chicken.

Who doesn’t like Chick-​Fil-​A?! Love their grilled nuggets along with their grilled chicken sandwich on whole wheat. The waffle fries are tasty but I surely don’t want to have too many unless I plan to run 3 miles or so.
Friends told me their milkshakes are really tasty and I never tried it. Think I’m afraid to try it because I may like it too much!
This Springfield location is a bit hectic to get in and out due to the traffic on Backlick Road, but if you time it just right. it can be easy getting in & out!
