I am a DIEHARD Chick-fil-A girl. Like, eat there 2 – 3 times a week usually but ever since this new location opened I continue to be disappointed. The wait time in the drive thru(2 lanes) always takes forever — the one on Glenstone only has 1 lane and they make-shift 2 ordering lanes during the busier hours and they are twice as fast as this location. Two, my sandwich is almost always just«thrown together», I usually have to take off and replace my top bun and in the process I 1. make a huge mess 2. lose half my cheese and half my bun. And three, the Chick Fil A brand is all about servicing the customers in a nice, friendly, «pleasurable» way — this location seriously lacks the friendly customer service other Chick Fil A’s embody. What prompted me to review this location though was today opening my regular sandwich, no pickle, add american cheese — i found a black piece of plastic. SO gross and frankly if I would have bit into it, I would have been pissed. Luckily I noticed it before I took a bite. Ill continue to frequent this Chick Fil A location when Im in a pinch for time but I would certainly also go out of my way to go over to the mall food court location or the S Glenstone location over this one any day.

My wife went in tonight and received some of the worst customer service by the shift manager Travis who she complained to because she had to wait almost 10 minutes for a wrap. She went in to talk to them about it and got a kid named travis that was the shift manger from what she was told. She shared here frustration and he just kept responding with uhuh over and over again blowing her off and did not do anything to make it right just wanted her out of the store! This is not the first time we have had such horrible service from this location. I would wrather go in the mall and get food vs. Go to this one anyone more! I would not recomend this location because of there service which is sad because customer service is what this company is all about.

Great as always with Chick Fil A. The drive thru design is interesting but it works! I was so impressed by the efficiency. My food was tasty and my experience was all that I expect from this chain!

Dine in is a little chaotic, but service is better inside. Drive thru is a total joke. This morning I ordered a grilled chicken breakfast burrito and waited nearly 15 minutes for it. It had fried chicken in it and cold eggs & peppers. Disgusting! Didn’t have time to go back. Called manager from the road, she says they’re new at this and I’ll get a free one next time. No thanks. I asked her if they are aware they only have 1 ½ stars on Unilocal and she said, «what is Unilocal?» Yeah.

Normally I love chick fil a but this place needs help with their management. I dealt with a manager named courtney with dark hair. She was the rudest person I have ever met. She did not have the normal chick fil a spirit I see and look forward too. Completely disappointed. She is the reason I will not be going back to this location. If you go there. Avoid her

I’m going to wait 30 days to repost a review. I have been to this new location 3 times and 2 out of 3 times there has been an issue. The 1st time was just a long wait and too much traffic. The second time I found out that my order was all wrong after I got home. The third time I waited in the drive thru for 23 minutes to get to the order location and then found out that they were out of the chicken nuggets. I believe that the management needs to buckle down and straighten this mess out before their business suffers.
