Charles Junior is a smart, honest, thoroughly competent, and quite funny plumber. He may not be the cheapest guy out there, but he does the job right the first time. I definitely recommend him. (Previous Unilocal evaluator, who does not seem like the sharpest tool in the shed, apparently failed to realize he was talking to Charles Senior, who speaks in a heavy Scotch accent – that’s «Scotch=the adjective for the country,» not «Scotch=the noun for the alcohol.» If you call these people, you’ll work with the son.) I’ve used him more than once over the years – definitely recommended.

Rude. The only good thing I can say is that he picked up the phone. Once the phone was picked up, I could not understand what he was saying because he slurs his speech like he was drunk or sleepy. I tried to ask a few questions about what services he provides. It took less than 1 minute for him to lose patience and slur «Ahh, wah don you git sahmbahdy ils» … Click!
Contractors are known for their impolite ways, but this guy sets a new standard. Anyone that even mentions this guy as a possible plumber is now suspect.
