Not professional! Both nurse and the doctor, front desk are very nice. The nurse said to me” you are lucky that I like you, so I’m giving you the lubricant, or else it would hurt like hell when the doctor stick her finger through your anus” the doctor also shows no interest in seeing me.

Never had a negative experience at a CareStat. The Staff is always professional and courteous. Have used this facility from ailments as small as a sinus infection all the way up to having broken bones in my foot. Always a positive experience, and much better than the ER or sitting at my Primary Care Physicians office!

I visited the carestat in springfield and was seen by Dr. Stephen Matta. I checked in and was seen within 15 minutes. I was nervous about the whole situation of my visit and he made me feel very at ease and was knowledgeable about the questions I had for him. And the nurse that was helping him was great as well. I recommend going here instead of sitting in the E.R. for hours.

Today was my first time using this Urgent Care Center. I was very pleased with their service. The young lady at the front desk was very courteous. The nurse and doctor were very knowledgeable and very attentive. They both took the time to explain my diagnosis and treatment. I will definitely go there again if I need to and will recommend this Urgent Care Center to others.
