Absolutely horrible experience, had to wait several minutes to have our order taken at the counter even though we were first in line. The receipt places our order at 2:33 pm, not a typically busy time. While waiting, we listened to the manager complain about other workers to a man in the kitchen area, but wearing Jean shorts and a white t shirt. We also observed the employee working the drive thru repeatedly lift her shirt do she could pull up her pants and cough directly into her hand. She did not wash her hands at any time. When we finally got our food, my husband’s double cheeseburgers and onion rings were lukewarm, and my salad had been made with crispy chicken instead of grilled as I ordered. I took the salad back to the counter and waited some more. The same manager who took our order saw it, I told her it was supposed to be grilled, she said she rang it up grilled, and tried to blame the kitchen. I showed her on the receipt where she herself rang in crispy. She said, «uh» and ran off. I could see her in the back making the salad. I heard her yell at a girl who seemed to have either just gotten there or just returned from break about needing to throw away the salad I brought back. Her tone was very rude towards her crew. By the time I got what I actually ordered, my husband was done choking down his cold rubbery burgers and wanted to leave. I am still trying to interact with the company about this issue, and responded twice to an email from district manager Karen Ragan. I explained that I do not talk on the phone due to anxiety, but will happily continue contact by email. She has not responded. Will not be returning to this store, or any Burger King in the future.

Foods is on most times if they can get it correct. I can count on one hand the times my order had been correct. Customer service wise the employees and mgmt just don’t care. No sincere apologies no hi or welcome. just spam the dt in your face then you call and for what to h have to drive all the way back and hey what you paid for. Who pays for my gas to go back and correct their error.

We stopped in here yesterday for lunch because we both had a $ 5.00 gift card. The service was good, the cashier was quick and the food was not too bad. My only gripe… They have new«TV» menu boards behind the counter now. Great — BK is going digital and it makes for easy menu changes for them. BUT… the screens change about ever 20 seconds. So we’re standing there looking at the menu, and suddenly it changes and all of the screens are showing falling french fries. Then they changed to a picture of a new whopper or something, then finally the menu came back. I think we stood through about 5 – 7 screen rotations(3 different screens between menus) before we could finally see enough of the menu to place our simple Combo #4 order. Only two minutes to place our order after staring at rotating screens for 7 – 8 minutes to be able to read the menu… I would suggest that you know what you want before you get there, or arrive early so you have time to watch the show.
