If you are vegan in the Pioneer Valley, this place is a must. Wish they had *more* of everything and also that their prices were clearly marked. Plenty of on site parking. Plus, you can purchase organic beer & wine here. This is one of the few places in Springfield where you can pick up dinner & drinks in one stop! Also, they carry some hard to find vegan products like soy whip cream, vegan frozen entrees (rare items from the Amy’s brand), vegan jerky, and more. Overall, a diamond in the rough.

Small little natural food store that’s been around for a long time, nearly thirty years. Nice selection of hard to find supplements. Fresh and frozen foods. Natural, organic, and holistic items. Prices are high. Staff seemed friendly. Convenient for the area, when Whole Foods is so far away.
