Benchmark Auto Sound & Security

Normally I don’t write reviews for places but this time I received such awesome service I had to. When my fiancée went to Vegas I wanted to surprise him with a new stereo for his truck for his birthday. I called benchmark and spoke with one of the guys who worked there. I told him what I was looking for and if I could get any kind of a ball park price (several stores told me they wouldn’t do that and that I had to come in). He gladly looked up a couple models for me that met my criteria and priced them out along with the install. I immediately went into the store to pick one out. So after my purchase I then had to ask him the tricky question… my fiancée is coming back in 3 days, can you install it for him so I can surprise him? He looked at the schedule and told me it would be tight. I said any time would work I could get the truck in and the guy behind him told me to come in the next day after work and he would stay late to install It for me! Needless to say thanks to their awesome customer service I was able to give my fiancée a gift he loves!
Not only that but because their service was so awesome… I purchased my remote start for my car the same day as the stereo… when it comes to stuff like this I will always use this store!

The workmanship is great but it’s the people that make this place outstanding!
On ⁰⁹⁄₂₄ I called Benchmark to see if I could get an FM modulator installed ⁰⁹⁄₂₇ on my girlfriend’s car for her birthday. I realized the timeline was tight but I had a short window to sneak her car over there while she was away on a trip. At first he said their schedule was too tight for ⁰⁹⁄₂₇ but after I explained my predicament he said he’d get me in on ⁰⁹⁄₂₇. First, the fact he realized I was in a spot was awesome and it made my life a lot easier right there.
I took the car in at 3pm. The technician started working on it at 3:20. They had planned for 90 minutes of work and I was quoted accordingly. The technician finished in 1 hour. Without me saying a word they corrected the bill and charged me for an hour labor instead of 90 minutes. How many places do that?!
Last, the car is 11 years old and when the technician was looking at things with me inside the car he noticed the cigarette lighter plug in socket was not tightly secured. In fact, it was hanging out and looked ratty. I never said a word about it but he messed with it a bit so I know he noticed it hanging out. When I got back in the car I noticed he had resecured the cigarette lighter. He just took it upon himself to do it.
All combined? 5 stars across the board in every possible way! Nice work guys!
