Belle Rive Bed and Breakfast

I’ve visited Belle Rive several times and I always hate to leave. The summer visits offer sunshine, gorgeous flowers, fresh veggies, and river activities, while the fall and winter visits remind me of being in an enchanted forest, complete with beautiful dewy trees, neighboring horses, and plenty of hot cocoa! The hosts are what you dream about when you think B&B, and you will leave having made new friends. It’s a complete escape to another world– simple, pure, and rejuvenating.

Each time I’ve stayed at Belle Rive B&B, it’s been such an incredible escape from the outside world. Nestled in a very green locale, right next to the river, there’s plenty of opportunities to enjoy nature in peace. But that doesn’t mean there’s no life in sight! Go hang out with the owners in that dream kitchen, eat your heart out, have some drinks, and you’ll find that it doesn’t get much cozier than that.

I have stayed at the Belle Rive Bed an Breakfast twice and both times were exceptionally relaxing and fun experiences. I found the scenery beautiful and because of the size of the property you can feel totally at one with the sounds of the river and nature. Just relaxing on a chair by the river, or eating breakfast outside in the morning is amazing with sounds of birds and water flowing.
The house has a perfect layout, the kitchen is plenty big for everyone to being talking, making, and eating food. It becomes a great social gathering without being inconvenient. All the main communal areas are perfect for talking and relaxing. But my favorite is being outside, plenty of places to sit and talk in the a beautiful Northwest setting.
The hosts Bobbi Jo and Ralph are more than gracious and always friendly. They will make sure you are enjoying yourself and have your space and needs taken care of. If you enjoy a good conversation, they will be right there to keep you entertained and/​or lend a good ear.
I enjoyed the relaxing experience and recommend this place 100%.

As if the beautiful views and pristine surroundings aren’t enough to make you fall in love with this B&B, the Innkeeper Bobbi Jo makes you feel so unbelievably welcome and at home. I’ve had experience working at a boutique bed and breakfast in Boulder, CO and it took me an incredible amount of self-​control not to throw myself at Bobbi Jo’s footsteps and beg her for a job at Belle Rive (she’s really that great).
Lucky for me though, I’ve had the pleasure of staying at Belle Rive B&B not once, but twice! For anyone looking for a truly relaxing vacation, do yourself a favor and stay at Belle Rive. I promise you will leave feeling refreshed, well-​fed and wishing your stay was just a few days longer.

Belle Rive holds a special place in my heart because I got married there a few years ago. My husband and I said our vows right next to the river and then celebrated with our guests out in the lawn next to the barn. All of our friends and family, who mostly flew in from California and the West Coast, kept raving that the location was absolutely stunning and perfect for a wedding.
In addition to the gorgeous setting, Bobbi Jo and Ralph (the Innkeepers), are probably the sweetest, most accomodating people ever. They both went out of their way to ensure my wedding day was perfect — and thanks to them it was!
My husband and I went back to celebrate our one-​year anniversary and we’re looking forward to making several more trips down the road.
