I don’t recommend dealing with this business at all. Don’t rent from them. Ever. The people who deal with the rentals are unprofessional. I agree with a review I read on here about landlords avoiding these people. This business is all about the money! Worst renting experience ever! Seriously, take your business elsewhere. It would also be nice if they actually updated their rentals. Nothing worse than renting a place that looks like it hasn’t been upgraded since the 80’s and was extremely dirty when we moved in. Just eww!

Landlords avoid these people! Poor service and rude and spotty communication was just the start.
We had a plumbing leak in our rental which went undiagnosed by their staff plumber. Our renter said he spent less than five minutes in the house then advised her to clean the gutters. We finally got another plumber who found the leak behind a wall in a few minutes. Several days and additional damage were the result. After my complaint, they wouldn’t return phone calls.
In addition one of their contractors hauled off a couple of hundred dollars worth of scrap metal at the back of the property that I had pointed out to the leasing agent as intending to haul off myself. At Home then charged me for the service!
Save yourself the money and hassle. These people are not to be trusted.
