Was there Friday. Bought an iPhone 6 plus. Mr Charles M. thinks he’s a car salesman. Very rude! I guess I made him mad when I didn’t want to buy a case from him. I told him I would get one online cheaper. Then when I refused the insurance he was really annoyed. He was mumbling under his breath(loud enough for me to hear of course). He was really snarky! I won’t go there again. I will not be treated that way! Next time I’ll drive on down the road to the next AT&T store or just order it online.

So iam a AT&T phone user(iphone) I get notification of new security up date. Update requires WiFi I don’t have that so I go to store they tell me not important. an that I have to leave phone, also the info me their WiFi is very slow. these are the same people who want to sell me wifi. I guess it is also slow. a another case of customer no service
