Went in looking and was surprised by the lack of customer service. You would have thought they were high end? Not even close. The prices were the same as department stores or less so that can’t be it! Didn’t even give us the time of day, especially blonde girl with hat on; showed her what I was looking for in a picture and she just walked away without even attempting to help even though I asked for help! Actually quite laughable. Some cute things but nothing of the quality I am used to.

I thought last minute Christmas shopping for my mom, sister and grandmother was going to be a nightmare. After ten minutes, the women in the store had all my work done. They listened to what I wanted and asked questions I had not thought of. I even told them what I wanted to spend and they were within a few dollars. My family loved the gifts and everything actually fit. I will be shopping there again.

Frankly, I am amazed this place is still in business. It kills me to say that as every single other apricot lane I’ve been inside was great but this place lacks in every aspect. Customer, service for starters, is non existent. I have been in the store a few dozen times and have had ONE time where a girl working there was polite and helpful. The rest of the times they seem too annoyed by your presence to even greet you when you walk in the door. Just today I was in there along with at least 3 other groups of women and the 3 girls manning the store where standing in a circle arms crossed complaining about how long jimmy johns took to make their lunch order. Not a single how are you, may I help you, or do you need that in another size was uttered by any of them in the 20 minutes I was looking around. I’ve even had times when I bought a bunch of things(rare since their selection is lacking in style compared to other apricot lanes) and the only time I was acknowledged was asking for my pin. Clearly the owner and the young 20 something’s she hires have no idea that in business customer service actually helps to increase revenue. Either that or the VERY rude owner/manager just doesn’t give a care. A smudge on the apricot lane name in my opinion.
