I have eaten at most of the Q joints in town at one time or another, but this is my favorite so far. Allan makes his Carolina barbeque which is hard to find in this area and it is awesome. The joint is hard to find, pretty much strictly takeout and the menu is small but the food is great. Great ribs, pork and brisket prevail. The sauce is all vinegar based but I like it that way. I know if you like Carolina style, you will fall in love with this place. Give it a try. Next to Bairs Market on 160 and Plainview. Oh and the prices are right too!!!
