Aaron’s Sales & Lease Ownership

I recently moved to a new location and had no furniture of my own. The sales team worked with my budget and still got me the highest quality couch, loveseat and bed I have ever had! Plus they deliver and assemble any furniture you buy which was also extremely helpful as it saves me having to take an entire day off work to do the moving myself. I recommend this store specifically because I visited a few others in the area and had the best service experience here.

Worst customer service reps. First everyone screams at you as you walk through the door yelling from across the entire store. Second I had my brand new tv out of the box brought to my house. They unwrapped it. Hooked it up and then 3 weeks later the panel goes out. So I call. They don’t even attempt to come get the broken tv for an entire week. Then they bring me a loaner tv that is half the quality and a foot and a half smaller while they get mine serviced. A month later after calling more than a dozen times and being disrespected by floor managers. (Also calling me on the day my bill is due every month demanding payment. When they haven’t even attempted to compensate me for any of my inconvenience.)Trying to tell me they are still waiting on the service reps to even look at it. So instead. The manager says he will get me a different one from another store that is brand new.
Another week later they bring me a used floor model from another store with someone else’s info still loaded in it. Telling me it’s new. And this one won’t even download apps or recognize what time or date it is. Still faulty. I even asked to switch stores so I could deal with different people and they refuse to allow me to switch stores even though it’s closer to where I live even. And they call me on THE DAY my bill is due EVERY month. Won’t even give me a week extension to pay half the time, when I know people personally that are about 3 months behind on their payments. I’ve never not paid a bill for them and they call me twice a day without even leaving messages. THE DAY THE BILL IS DUE???
So unprofessional.
