This place has the best Cuban sandwich and the best TAB (tomato, avocado, bacon) sandwich in Springfield. No joke.
Plus the folks that work here might be the nicest people in the world.

I love this place! The fries with garlic aioli is the
. I ordered a melted Cuban (I think that’s what it was called) — either way it was delicious. My friend got the bacon Mac and cheese grilled cheese! Both were great. I just wished they were open later hours.

I have returned to 2 Fish 5 Loaves several times since my first visit and am most pleased with the Philly grilled cheese. Oh My. I am not a huge fan of onion, but it is cooked just enough along with the bell pepper, flavorful tender meat and a garlic aoli I believe. It is seriously amazing and I look forward to having it again. I have also tried the It’s a Southern Thing (pimento grilled cheese) and I highly suggest you try it with the strawberry preserves. I ate half of my sandwich without trying it and then once I did it all made sense in a beautiful creamy bite. Enjoy!

This food truck is phenomenal! I got the caprese melt and it had the perfect blend of cheese, basil and pesto. The fries with aioli garlic dip is a must try as well. A perfect stop for a nice lunch outside.

The logo says it all, «This ain’t your momma’s grilled cheese». That’s for sure. I have eaten here a couple of times, and it is always awesome. You might say its grilled cheese with a flair. My favorite — grilled macaroni and cheese with bacon. Oh… don’t forget the fries… I will be back
