I went to Yolokiss Self-​Serve Frozen Yogurt Lounge for the first time and i knew it was going to be my last time. They have terrible customer service and they are very overpriced for the amount of yogurt you get. The toppings they had looked pretty good although you can tell they were sitting their for a very long time and were not fresh.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I’ve had flavored water with more taste than this FROYO. The misses and I wanted to try someplace new tonight. Why??? I have giving bad reviews, especially 1 star, but come on, $ 11 for flavorless yuck? I’m finding it harder and harder to find good food establishments in Springfield…

mmmm! i got the cookies and cream flavor and the bday cake flavor. i topped it with strawberries, chocolate chips and i tasted those little jelly ball things. everything so good! i just didnt like the jelly balls lol.

It’s ok. It’s decent. Nothing too unique perhaps except for the taro flavor.
Their customer loyalty program is strange.

What you’ll get at YoloKiss that you won’t get elsewhere is specially named swirl flavors to make it seem like an extra flavor in your cup!
Plus, You Only Live Once, so you may as well east Fro Yo as your main meal…

I’ve been quite a few times and really like it. They have a lot of flavors — «Taro» is my favorite. Plenty of toppings to choose from — including healthy options like fruit. Really helpful and nice staff. Beautiful place — very colorful and fun. Free wi-​fi.

YoloKiss has an amazing staff. They are very friendly. The frozen yogurt is delicious and they offer numerous toppings! The store is very family oriented and aesthetically pleasing. They play good music and there is ample space to sit.
YoloKiss is self-​serve so you can mix as many flavors as you like! You pay based on the weight of the yogurt. If you want to bring the kids or have some quiet time at the end of a date, this is a good place!
