I was just there for an 830 Saturday class and I must say I’m in love! Jessica was my instructor, she was a sub instructor and was amazing so I can only imagine that the normal instructors would be just as wonderful. They have some great deals and it is a great «mom and pop» studio… so much better than the chains and gyms in my opinion. I’ll be back! Thank you! I highly recommend this place!

New, bright, warm studio space well stocked with supplies to borrow. The studio is furnished with what you need while creating space to un-​encumber. Owner/​instructor Diane Davey is personable and encourages students to let her know what is physically going on with them prior to beginning classes. Schedule, sign-​ups and prices available online. Good stuff!
