I’ve had nothing but excellent experiences with Wash and Fold. Each time my clothes come back folded well, sorted and in great condition. And the price per lb. is so low I don’t even know how they can do it– but I’m glad they do!

I’ve lost quite a bit of weight in the last year and a half and we had 6 extra-large bags of laundry to be done with about 5 different sizes in them(I wanted to wash them to donate). We dropped off our bags & told them when we wanted to pick them up with no problems whatsoever. This is our second time using their service and we’ve been very happy with the results. The first time we did it through and paid a little more for the service since it was picked up and dropped off, but even with that, it was less than HALF the price of any laundry near my apartment. When we dropped it off, the price became INSANELY low– so low that it barely pays for us to do our own laundry in our building’s machines. They’ll even use your own detergent/fabric softener and allow items to drip dry if instructed and you include the supplies. One caveat– they are sometimes hard to reach on the phone, but believe me, at these prices it’s worth the effort! My clothes came back perfectly laundered and folded at a very low price. I highly recommend their service and will be using them again.

I’ve used this laundry twice solely for the dry cleaning pick up and delivery. The work they did the first time was good but they delivered someone else’s clothes mixed in with my own. Ok… This second(and last) time was the worst. The clothes were delivered by a person who decided it was a great idea to smoke with MYPAIDFOR clean clothes in the car. My dry cleaning absolutely REEKS of cigarette smoke. When I called to speak with someone, the receptionist Kristy was initially very patient and accommodating. She promised to call the manager and see about a refund. When she returned my call, she expressed that the manager refused to issue a full refund. She went on to say that they would send THESAMEDRIVER back to pick up my clothes, wash out the smell and return it and give me a partial refund. Within two days. And the work week starts on Monday. When I expressed that option wasn’t viable, Kristy went on to tell me to spray my clothes with febreeze. Febreeze. Kristy became impatient with me because she was«repeating herself» as I kept asking what else they were prepared to do about the fact that my clothing that I need TOMORROW is ruined. Febreeze? Really? I could have that at home for free. They refused to issue a full refund and gave me(more than a few) bs solutions. If you want to be treated like a valued customer, don’t send your good suits, or any suits really to Wash and Fold Super Laundry.

Ruined my clothes. The owner acknowledged the damage — even apologized — but refused to replace anything. On top of that, they still charged me the full cost of the service! Bad business

I have been using Wash & Fold Super Laundry for the past four months. Over that period of time, I have been very lenient with the service provided, since ultimately, I always got my clothes clean and very neatly folded at a great price, though not always on time, and the staff has been friendly and accommadating. The last time, they were more than just a little late, and two hours past end of my delivery window I called to see where my clothes were. They said that it had been a crazy day and for some reason everyone sent out to have their laundry done so they were slammed and would not be able to get my clothes to me that night. Fair, I understand things like that happen. Fortunately I still had things I could wear to work, and they were good about getting them to me at a time that fit my schedule. However, this is the last straw. I called a little before my delivery window, which was from 6−8pm, to make sure that my clothes were still coming then because of the mishap last time. I understand things happen, I just want to know so that I can get things done and not waste two hours. It’s now well past my delivery window, my clothes are no where in sight and I still cannot get ahold of Wash and Fold. If you’re going to screw up and are running behind, you need to at least let your customers know. There’s no excuse for that.
