I love this place and don’t understand the negative reviews at all. I really like the convenience of the drive through. It reminds me of the old parcel pickup drive through they used to have at the Harps across the street. The staff is always friendly and I’ve never had to wait for long for service. They do a good job on my clothes. This is a fresh, modern concept/​facility and a terrific addition to the neighborhood.

Do not go here! The people that work inside are lazy careless people who obviously have no care or concern about the customer. I feel sorry for an owner who has no idea how poorly his business is being represented. Too bad it’s a nice building in a bad part of town with lots of trashy places around
Go to another cleaners where they care about your clothes and service. These people don’t deserve my business.

One of the guys who owns the place (the skinnier one) is horribly abusive. He loves going on ridiculous tirades toward helpless female employees who can’t defend themselves because they come from lower socioeconomic circumstances and consider themselves lucky to have a job at all. Plus their english probably isn’t the strongest.
