I purchased my amazing Elna Expressons 860 here and have been receiving excellent service ever since. Mike was informative and helpful, as I was not sure what machine to buy. I’ve been to 3 locations and have been happy with all three. They truly make me feel like family, happily answering my questions and offering advice so I can get the most from my machine.
I have also attended their seminars and trunk shows which are awesome!

I’m looking at embroidery machines– I have one, and I’d like to upgrade. Since they are pricey (thousands of $) I am researching what’s available. This location has a very pushy sales lady who tried to bully me into saying how much I wanted to spend before allowing me to even look at a machine.
This location has some beautiful work on display (made by someone else); but I will take my business to a place that will help me buy the best machine for me; not sell me the most expensive thing they can get away with.
The Luke’s website (although seriously out of date) talks about fun and a creative community. It might be the case at their other locations, but it’s not happening in Tri-​County.
