Gross. Diry. Filthy. Disgusting. Not even worth half what we paid. Smelled like smoke bad…

This is really a zero star dump. Unfortunately we were there for a week and each night I waited for a roach or worse. They do not clean your room, change your linen, empty your trash, or give you clean towels. We had to ask for clean towels and the first night they were washing them and promised to call. No call, so the next day I went to the office and they were still washing. They told us we had to dump our trash ourselves.
The room itself left much to be desired. We had a handicap room but the bed was against the wall so it made it difficult for one person. The only thing that this place provided that can reasonably be considered handicap is a teak bench over the bath tub.
I would never recommend this place to anyone. It is a dump!

So… I have zero basis for a rating, seeing as how I’ve never stayed here. What little basis I do have comes from one word… THEFT! My wife and I booked two rooms for our trip to Mt. Adams to celebrate our good friends’ 11^th anniversary. We cancelled the rooms, if I recall correctly, THREE DAYS before our trip. We booked another hotel and had an amazing time in Cincinnati. We arrived back home in Indy to find that this unscrupulous, money hungry, shifty establishment had charged our credit card… WE NEVER EVEN CHECKED IN! In what world does an establishment BLATANTLY STEAL $ 150 from honest, hard working people. To make things worse, the management of this seedy hovel had the audacity to lie and tell
that we cancelled the day before, when they initially said that we didn’t cancel AT ALL… Talk about your shady business practices… Sheesh. Funny thing is, I’m not mad. The BBB and the attorney general have both been notified. The money? Probably a loss but hey, you go ahead and keep that 150 and put it to cleaning your, apparently, run down grounds and rooms. My faith in God tells me that vengeance is His. I pray that you get everything that you needed out of our money. You OBVIOUSLY needed it more than us. God bless… But as for patrons… DO NOT GIVE THE PLACE YOUR BUSINESS.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Never have I stayed in a more disgusting hotel. If I wasn’t desperate for a place to stay while my apartment was being finished, I would have demanded my money back within 3 minutes of checking in. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to this place.
And $ 25 a day pet fee?!? Worst $ 500 I’ve ever dropped in a week. Killed a roach in the gross kitchenette on the last morning we were there. Needless to say– we checked out within 15 minutes of that and never looked back.
