Maybe we just went on a super busy weekend, but this place was horribly outmanned. They need about 2 more hostesses and 4 more servers to cover the restaurant. The managers were non-existent as well. If you are going to charge $ 18 – 19 for basic«seasonal» entrees, please be prepared to back it up with excellent service. Our chicken salad came out, after waiting about an hour for our food, without chicken. Our waitress tried to make it better by promptly delivering us the chicken. But it was cold and seemed to have been rushed out. Had no seasoning. It was a $ 19 salad, yet tasted like a salad you would buy inside an airplane. The place has good atmosphere, and good drinks. But the service is just bad news bears. I would never go back to this place again.

We ate here 3 of our 7 dinners. Big thumbs up here with lots of vegetarian options. Some grades on the food and service we had: –Santa Fe Salad(Less the chicken)-Outstanding and even better when you add a side of garlic bread — Pesto Pasta-Outstanding –Guacamole-very good and although the chips are nothing special, better than any other place we ate at –Polenta-Average and would pass on it next time. Would recommend the sauce to go over entire dish rather than just the bottom –Lemon/Lime tart cake-Outstanding –Cheesecake with almond cookies layered in-good, but not great but I am a biased traditional cheese cake lover –The service all three nights was great. Kristin and Justin were great. Only knock on our last night the food came out less than five minutes after we ordered while still eating the appetizer.

I ate at this place the first night I was in Zion and it was great! It was open later than most of the other restaurants on Zion Blvd. and the food was delicious. I had the soup of the day which was a sweet potato purée with crispy pieces of bacon. Loved it! I also had the brie, walnut, apple quesadilla and it was also wonderful. The staff was friendly and prompt. The fresh fruit margaritas were made with fresh squeezed mango and they snuck up on me! So refreshing with a sneaky side! A A couple days later I went back and tried the potato poblano soup and the pasta tomate. Both of those dishes were also great. I highly recommend this place in Zion because Zion is small and the restaurants on this boulevard are probably about a 50⁄50 hit or miss. This place is a hit. Great food and great drinks.

This place was recommended to us by friends. We sat in the front dining area and was rudely offended by a loud ill mannered broad who shrieked at an on going football game. Other than that the atmosphere was pleasant. I had the stacked polenta with mushrooms, black beans and goat cheese. The mushrooms were delicious. The polenta I think were fried to make thin slices and it sandwiched the fried mushrooms. Quite tasty for a vegetarian dish.

I was really disappointed with this place. Perhaps I ordered the wrong things. The wife and I split a plate of 2 tamales for dinner, we tried the 1 mushroom tamale, and 1 pork tamale. The mushroom one was pretty decent, but the pork one was not that good. The rice and beans were less than average in both taste, and portion. They were bland, and very boring. I wouldn’t come here again, and I really wouldn’t recommend it to others either. And for what it was the price was rather high…

Had dinner here twice when here on vacation. Great food both times! ! Fish tacos rocked but the pork sweet potato tamales were the bomb! Not too much sweet potato. .not too spicy. with a wonderful chii sauce. Two large tamales per dinner with beans and a little cabbage slaw. Service was friendly and fast. The deserts were very good… especially the lime tart.

Fantastic tex mex! The homemade guacamole and salsa was great. Cocoanut shrimp was very good; 2 skewers. Shrimp was on the small side. Tamales with pork were a big hit. Rib eye steak was cooked perfectly. Blue cheese and wine sauce was excellent. Mango margarita was good. Wished they had strawberry today. Blueberry lemonade with free refills was awesome! Great Service.

One of our favorite restaurants but we like their specials more than their regular Mexican food, especially the bland chips and salsa that aren’t complimentary. Delicious sweet potato mushroom and shredded pork tamales! Hubby said the ribeye steak was one of the best ever(topped with breaded onion strings). Loved the black beans with a dollop of sour cream. The crème brûlée with a brownie at the bottom of the ramekin was a nice finale to our meal. Service was slow and iffy; highly recommend making reservations. This place is AWE-some! After a long day of hiking and exploring the national parks, THIS is the place you need to stop by for a great, relaxed atmosphere, fun music and fabulous food! There are a lot of restaurants near the hotels that«stand out,» so I would have missed this one entirely had I not checked Unilocal(so thank you Unilocalers!) and it was right across the street from my hotel! The place was packed with people and more just kept coming in — the waitresses were running everywhere so it took a while before anyone even checked to see if I had been helped. The main hostess was the most cheerful person despite running back and forth everywhere; she never lost her bright smile or cheerful demeanor! I placed an order to-go and then ordered a cocktail while I waited. There is also a cute area tucked behind the bar with a pool table and big windows with lots of light and other bar tables for extra seating. I ordered the carne asada tacos and they came with the best salsa/salad mix and rice and beans on the side. Everything was just perfect! You know how everything seems to taste better after a long day of activity and this made it even better! I only wish I didn’t have to travel back to Springdale to eat here again, but to visit Zion National Park again would be a pretty good excuse. Or maybe it’s the other way around!

We chose this place on our final of four nights in Springdale for hiking at Zion and Bryce. It was a nice mile walk from our hotel Flanigan’s and I was surprised by how cute this place was as well as how deceivingly big it is. There were several different rooms, none too large, so the room we ate in felt nicely sized. The margaritas were quite welcome after a day of hiking and the three appetizers were delicious, particularly the coconut lime shrimp skewers, a must order. The steak skewers were also tasty as were the homemade chips, salsa and guacomole, however, if choosing one, the shrimp is the no brainer and the best dish we had including our entrees. I had the pollo asada which was ok, the chicken a little over-cooked and tough. Our daughter had the sweet potato tamales, one mushroom and one pork. She thought the mushroom was quite a bit better than the pork one. My wife had the fish tacos which was served with fresh marlin and they were excellent. One son had the ribs — nice and spicy rub and fairly tender but definitely not fall off the bone, while the other son had a beef quesadilla. For dessert, we shared a lemon lime pie, oreo cookie cake and triple berry cobbler. The desserts were exceptional, particularly the lemon lime pie. The service was solid and our waitress was a bit cold to start but became warmer and friendlier as the meal wore on. Overall, the totality of the location, drinks, appetizers and desserts with solid entrees make this a worthwhile choice for those passing through or staying in Springdale.

We had dinner here after a long day at national park. We started pretty late at around 9:15 and still the hostess was very accommodating. We ordered pollo-Assad, fish tacos, tilapia and polenta. We also had house sangria, margaritas and mojitos. We loved the tilapia and the polenta. Tacos and pollo-Assad was ok. The margarita and mojitos were awesome. For desert we had the crème Brûlée which is one of the best I have ever tasted. In general we loved the place ! It’s a must try if your visiting Zion.

Best beer selection in town. Even the microbrewery in town disappoints on the beer front. We started the night early. 8.00 on a Saturday only to find by 8.30 the whole town was calling last call!!! Everyplace but the bit and the spur whinny only was still open but offered a full menu and 9% IPAs!!! My friends enjoyed the Rib Eye and the chicken… Meanwhile I was happy to find the only high ABV beers in the state and drank my dinner.
