The gluten free bun is by far the best I’ve had in my four years of being gf! I wondered if my bun was even better than the regular bun! The basket of fries were enough for three people. Yum!

Just ordered from This place using NWA Delivery and let me tell you so worth the wait. The burger was cooked well, full of flavor, and not greasy at all. I like that you can choose the toppings you want on it and any add ons plus the wide choice of sauces. Onion rings are unique in a good way, good seasoning with great crunch. Will be back for another burger.

Ordered a burger and thought to myself «What just happened?» The food was amazing and takes you to burger town. Def recommend their burgers and fried pickles.

We were passing through and saw this place on my app. Wow, what a pleasant Gluten Free surprise! The GF items have a separate cooking area. I had a bacon cheeseburger and fries. The person taking my order was very helpful. NO reaction. Angus Jack… I love you man!

Just had very poor experience at this restaurant. I had gone there lots of times and it was really good so had my work, but today I asked for the 6.00 special and asked for regular toppings, plus two that apparently wasn’t included. The manager and owner flipped out and told me how he was going broke and just totally went off! If he had just said sir those two aren’t included I would have said ok and. Placed my order. Then he said well do you want me to take them off! I said no I don’t want any of your food now. Then he went off mouthing at me as I left. Save your self from angry service lol

Great food, fresh, tasty and quick. Friendly service as my daughter did not like the sauce on the burger and they quickly made her a fresh one. Left a new Apple cell phone on the table that they found and saved for me. My family will be back.

Their sign said best gluten free burger in NWA and it was great. They also have a fryer for gluten free and I really appreciate that they don’t up charge for gf. Well done!

Just ate here and this place rocks. Gluten free burger and fries were amazing. My husband had the black jack. Had blue cheese and grilled jalapeños. He loves it.
I had the capachino shake for dessert. Amazing

Pretty good burger place. Reminds me a lot of Five Guys but the burgers are bigger. It is not a McDonalds budget though.

This a standard flat tasteless greasy burger, nothing special here. Sweet Potato fries were cold and soaked in grease. Not impressed, if this place is still here in a year I’d be shocked.

They asked me what I wanted on my burger, but then they made it how they wanted to. That, however is where the negative ended. Nowhere can you get a burger and hand cut fries like that in a drive through. One of the best burgers around!

Stood in line behind two customers for 8 minutes while the guy at the front counter dicked around with them. They were completely understaffed and unprofessional. Literally walked in as they opened and didn’t even get acknowledge

Awesome gluten free burger! Home fries are good too. I think I will try the sweet potato fries next time for something different.
I have been here a few times now and the food is consistently great. Staff is always friendly and the place is clean.

I meet with a group of guys weekly here because the food is good!
Burgers are handmade. Fries are fresh cut (ask for the blackened seasoning on the fries… mmmmm). Staff is courteous and always working. Often they come around to clean up your trash and ask if they can get anything else for you.
The reason for a 4-​star and not a 5-​star is because they are inconsistent with the fries. 75% of the time they are cooked well, while the other 25% they are undercooked.
Recommended.

Update: I still go here almost weekly and they seem to have gotten better with customer service and making sure orders are right. Love the food and half-​price burger night!

I have visited several times and I love most of what I have tried. Really great burgers, but the fries are always a little soft and undercooked for my personal taste. The biggest problem is that they almost never get my order right. I have learned to check the bag before leaving to make sure I’ve got my food. Last time I waited in the drive through line for 15 minutes only to get to the window to find they gave my order to someone else and I had to wait again. After another 5 minutes I got my order (for free) and headed home. I stopped on the way to make sure I had everything and discovered they forgot the ranch for my fried pickles. I had to drive back, get out of my car in the rain and get dressing. Still, the food is great and I keep going back because of the burgers and fried pickles. Just check your order before you leave!

Best hamburgers and fries in NWA! Buns freshest ever, hamburger made of real meat, home made fries good even for breakfast. Yummy shake made with Blue Bunny Ice cream.
Takes time to make a really great burger. Six min wait not bad considering this is real food! I would wait 10 min if I knew it was this good. Second visit working on a third within a week!
I am shocked it’s not a franchise, they look like a franchise. Locally owned, wish them great success!
Advise make sure you are fully staffed during peak hours, keep everyone trained. Serve drinks immediately to keep hungry people happy.
Take cell phone numbers for to go orders so you can call them when the order is ready or if you aren’t busy bring it to them.
Drive through window for call in orders doesn’t work. I once got behind someone if it takes 6 min to cook a hamburger, and I get behind them with a pick up order then someone one is going to not be a happy camper.
Just saying, I would personally take food out to people and have cars pull forward so everyone behind them can be taken care of quickly too!
I would nix the onion strings., but my hubby say’s the onion rings you were out of today are amazingly great!
I think you are doing a really great job considering this is not a franchise and every business has a learning curve. You just need to figure out how to not make people wait any longer than necessary without changing who you are and the great food you serve. This makes you so much better quality. Just figure out the service and you will have it made. Mc Donald’s drive thru models don’t work for every restaurant. Sonic’s lay out works best for Sonic. Get my drift?
