My husband really likes this chain. Of all the fast food Mexican chains, this is my least favorite. It seems cheap and bare bones to me. Must be the menu and the graphics or something. That said, it does have a frequent flyer card, which is a big plus. I had the nachos for the first time, and they were not good. The girl behind the counter didn’t even mention that they had queso to put on the nachos, so I ended up with just plain shredded cheese. Not good. I ended up throwing away what I didn’t eat. My husband loves their burritos, though. So we do end up here from time to time.

Finally Hot Head comes to the south side. Fantastic staff, very friendly and helpful. Great selection and and fast service. The little bowl is a welcomed addition. Just the right size.

Cold food, slow service, etc., never again would be too soon to go back.
