We decided to use some fillable ornaments to help with my son’s science project. I had missed the «Christmas window,» and couldn’t find them in any stores. I got online and ordered them through Factory Direct Craft. Within 2 days, the ornaments were on my front porch. They are professional, quick and definitely worth my money. I’ll be shopping there again!

Outrageous Shipping Costs! $ 30 to ship a feather weight teeny, tiny mushroom bird that costs less than $ 1.50 to Canada. This is no joke. I contacted customer service thinking that there must be some sort of mistake. I know that shipping across the border is more than domestic shipping and can be costly but this is straight up wallet rape!!! What a racket! They clearly don’t care about their customers north of the border. Why even bother offering shipping to Canada when to do so is astronomically cost prohibitive. This company should be ashamed.

I ordered from this company and received my package in 2 days, much quicker than the 7 day delivery time that I anticipated. The order process online is simple and the products I received are exactly what I wanted. While searching for my feathers online, I browsed through the rest of their products. I do a lot of crafty work, so I will definitely be purchasing from them in the future and recommend them to anyone who likes a variety of crafts.
