Loved my doc Dr. Ritter that retired, but have been seeing his replacement Dr. Berryhill for over 4 years now. They delivered 2 of my babies, well actually Dr. Giannotti delivered one. They are the one constant in my adult life. Their nurses are top notch and I have never had any issues in my 10 years of service. Love them and always recommend them to anyone that ask.

Absolute WORST office staff I have ever had to deal with. The ultrasound technician at my first appointment brought me back 20 minutes early and then fought me about waiting for my boyfriend to get there because she claimed she wouldn’t be able to fit me in AT my appointment time.
Today, I sat on the phone for 15 minutes waiting for someone to answer the phone then when someone finally did she was very rude and answered the phone with «yes?» You can’t just call and get in touch with someone. All calls go directly to the nurse’s voicemail and then you have to sit around and wait for someone to call you back. Now, trying to get my records to take to a new doctor is becoming an absolute nightmare.
Dr Gianotti was very nice and professional. Just a shame the office staff at this place leaves a LOT to be desired. Enough to make me go to a different doctor.

I’ve been coming here for about three years now and have been pretty happy with my overall experience. I’ve always been able to schedule appointments quickly and when I arrive have been seen promptly. Plus Dr. Reeves is funny and a very good doctor.
