I love this nail salon. I always go here to get my nails done and they have good prices. The employees are very nice.

Been going here since they opened. Never had a problem. Friendly team. I do some tough acrylic art and they always work with my crazy requests. My goto salon for sure.

I came in here on Valentine’s day with no appointment, and they took me right away. The facility was very clean, the staff was very nice, and the menu was wide and varied. My girl was very attentive and thorough and didn’t try to offer me anything out of scope, and the prices were reasonable. I got their new service, a coconut dream spa pedicure, and it was actually really awesome. The coconut milk foot soak was dreamy and made my skin baby soft, and the coconut scrub was mind blowing. I actually really loved this place and would happily go back!

I have been going here for several years every two weeks in the summer 1 – 2 times a month in the winter. But the service has gone so far down. I went about 4 weeks ago in the evening before a vacation and had a new girl and one of the men Mani/​Pedi i asked for them to cut down my toenails she did not and they did a rush job I was literally out in 30 minutes and I put it
it being an evening and maybe they were rushing to go home I usually go on Saturdays.
In the meantime I returned from my vacation had a gift card from Christmas that was about to expire from another nail spot right down the walk from them I went that Saturday even though it had only been a week since last time one. The person at the other salon commented on my long my toe nails were and could not believe they had not cut them down I told him I had requested last time and that was what i got. Anyway was deliriously happy with service there and after today this will be my new salon.
So then today 2 weeks since my last pedi/​mani I go back to 2920 out of loyalty habit I do not know why but same thing I asked for a mani peri just the plain no thrills as I did not have a lot of time Had same girl requested nail trim and she said she would file but could not cut as too short. MY NAiLS ARE AT THE END OF MY TOES so already frustrated and then I had shellac on my finger but stated I did not want shellac today or any color just buffed and shaped. My hands were not soaked no cuticle remove nothing I was so angry but did not say anything only gave a 12% tip and will never be returning…

I go here every two weeks. I have tried other shops in the area and keep coming back here. I love that they remember me and what I like. They are all friendly and always pleasant to everyone.
The only suggestion I would have is they could turn up the television

I used to like this salon and have been going regularly for a while now, but will not be returning based on my recent experiences.
First off, I called a few weeks ago on a Saturday to schedule an appt. for the next day. I made the appt. for a refill at 2:30. I get there the next day to find an open door with a sign reading «Closed for remodeling. Sorry for any inconvenience. Will open tomorrow.» I walked inside (with another customer) and she called «Hello?» several times, but no answer.
Uh, why did you make me an appt. if you’re not even going to be open? I just came up here out of my way for no reason.
So I came back the next day to ask what happened, but the lady couldn’t understand what I meant. OK, whatever, can you do my nails now? «Yes,» she says.
A couple of my nails were unglued at the base, which never used to happen. And yes, this last refill was from the same salon. The lady told me she needed to take them off and do another set because they were coming unglued at the base, and asked me who did them last time. I told her they did, but I don’t remember the technician’s name. I wanted to tell her that I shouldn’t have to pay for another full set because they did a crappy job last time, but I didn’t.
Now here I am a week later, and surprise, despite getting a brand new set, one has come unglued at the base again.
Forget this place, my fault for wasting my time and money more than once at a nail salon, which are a dime a dozen and located on every street corner. Shouldn’t have given them more than one chance. I did because my regular technician was so nice and gave me coupons (which is the only reason they’re getting more than one star). Never again!
