If you are looking for a total body workout that is high energy low impact The Workout Barre is the perfect place! I have had an injury but have been able to workout here. The instructors are fabulous! They are encouraging, supportive, motivating, and very aware of each individual’s level and need. Each class is different and they are so many to chose from! I am so thrilled to have such an amazing place to go to workout at!

This is by far the best non-impact workout I have ever had. There are a variety of classes, Open Barre, Cardio Barre and Power Mat Pilates so you can mix it up. The instructors are exceptional in their professionalism, knowledge and instruction.

Excellent workouts, precise and difficult, but very enjoyable! My time at The Workout Barre is a highlight of my day! I’ve tried the Barre workouts and Power Pilates, and they are distinct enough to make real changes in my body. I’ve only been a member for a month, but see significant changes in my body and strength. Joni, Fene, Kara, Melanie, and Melody each bring their own style to their instruction, keeping the workouts fresh. Classes are small to medium-sized, so instructors have the ability to correct and encourage. Very impressed! Highly recommended.
