I recently moved to the Conroe area and have 2 dogs. About 2 weeks after moving in my dog Cooper had a weird rash from our salt water pool/change in climate. Over night it became unbearable for him(and me!) I called The Village Vet based off some online reviews and they were able to get me in that morning. The receptionist was super friendly and very helpful, she also informed me that they try to block out some spots each morning for people that need to be seen the same day. I thought that was nice. When I arrived at the office I was surprised to not smell the typical pungent animal smell. I was very impressed with how clean the office was and the Keurig machine was a nice touch! Overall the environment is very pleasant and my dog didn’t seem as stressed as he usually is at vet appointments. Dr. Grimley was so nice, even though my dog growled at him :(I liked that I didn’t feel like he was rushing me. I even received a hand written thank you note from him in the mail. Now fast forward 2 weeks, my other dog Lu had some stomach issues. I went back to the vet, and saw Dr. Grimley again. I had the same great experience and felt just as comfortable as I did the first time. I really like this vet and all the people that work there. So happy that after each time I have been my dogs have started feeling better within 24 hours.

I just changed vets today and could not be more happier. They were conscious of my puppy’s needs and the service is incredible! From Ann the receptionist all the way to the vet, everyone was so nice and caring! I will go nowhere else!
